How do i fix that?

Postby Kolobok » Thu Sep 27, 2007 7:29 am

After i installed Ncplot 2.03, I did my set ups and mine dnc mode was working fine, but a week later the second window in not accessible. It comes up, but (transmit Ready), but I can'topen it in order to use start button. Where do I look for solutions? I know is not Ncplot software, because I loaded on a different pc and it does it fine. I haven?t installed any updates on mine O/S. Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly.. Does the transmit window open when you click "Send"?

Try right-clicking the tab in the taskbar and then clicking "Restore" on the menu that pops up. If "Restore" is greyed out then try clicking "Move" and see if you can move it back onto the screen. It shouldn't be off the screen, most likely it's just minimized.

It happens again on different pc. When I try to send a program, it does shows up in the taskbar, not on the desktop. So I don't see the window itself with all the options (start, pause.......). I tried restore in not fixing the problem.
