I used a G84 in G19 plane and only this canned cycle doesn't work ???

Please check that you are running version 2.06. Versions earlier than this did not support canned cycles in the G18/G19 planes.
If you are running version 2.06 and the G84 cycle is the only one that doesn't work then go into it's configuration folder and delete the file "G840.PRG". Then copy the file "G810.PRG" and rename it "G840.PRG". The config folder is at "\Program Files\NCPlot v2.06\Config\*config name*".
