Feature request: Xmodem file transfer

I don't know how difficult it would be or what is involved, but would it be possible to add Xmodem as an additional
method of filetransfer to/from the control?
For the Haas control the Xmodem seems to have worked very nicely. I currently use a couple of different programs to send/receive, but obviously they are
separate from NCPlot. Lately I've found that virtually all of my programs are checked in NcPlot first before sending, regardless of the source ( CAM, FingerCAM or existing program), and in the reverse I very often post annotate a program in NcPlot that just finished running.
It would be absolutely awsome to have the ability to transmit and receive directly from here.
