Missing lines

I just downloaded the trial version and when I loaded my dxf file it shows 2 lines missing. I assume there are some settings that need to be changed. But where? Please check the attached image for reference. I marked the locations of missing lines in red.

I took a look into this and it seems to be a problem within NCPlot. It looks like the polyline is not being closed properly. If you can explode the polyline before you save the drawing then that should import fine.
