Hi,

Is there a description of this error? Does the message say anything besides "Run time error 25" ?

What NCPlot version ?

What Windows OS version ?

Thanks,
Scott

windows xp pro sp2 verson of ncplot 2.04 last release
on your site.

When i start the program it loads and then give the runtime error in its own dialogue box. and you click ok and the program becomes unresponsive,

i have to uninstall nc, do a system restore and delete the rest of nc 's files and do a re install to get back up and running .
if i get this alarm again i will cut and past the entire alarm so you can see

Are you sure it's not a run time error 52? If it's 52, then there's a simpler solution. Let me know.

The run time error 52 at startup is caused by a file in your recent files list that refers to a drive that no longer exists. This has already been fixed for v2.05 which is due out pretty soon, but for v2.04 users this is the fix:

http://www.ncplot.com/ncplotv2/NCPlot_v ... _Files.zip

Download and unzip this file, it contains registry settings that will clear out your recent files list. After unzipping, double-click on it to load the settings.

Thanks,
Scott
