NCPlot Frequently Asked Questions

    Q:  I recently needed to reinstall NCPlot, but my registration code no longer works.  Do I need a new one?

    A:  Probably not.  Don't confuse the product key which was emailed to you when you purchased NCPlot with the serial number that appears on the Help/About window.  When you registered your copy of NCPlot your product key was converted to a serial number that uniquely identifies your license.  To reinstall NCPlot you will need the original 12 digit product key.
